TheNationalOfficeforVineandWine(ONVV)makesthenecessaryeffortstoincreasethequalityofWineofMoldovabyofferingmoreeducationalprograms.Recently,theexpertsoftheinstitutionhaveorganizedaseminardedicatedtoraisingthequalityofwinesproducedintheRepublicofMoldovaandbottlingwineswithProtectedGeographicalIndication(PGI).Attheseminar,the86participantsfromthe52wineriesinthecountrystudiedthegoodpracticesoftheexpertsandmadeaguidedtourintheproductionhallsof“Asconi”Winery–hostoftheevent.

ElizavetaBreahna,winemakingcoordinatingexpert,NationalOfficeforVineandWine:“Animportantfactorinthelongevityofwineinthebottleisthefinalstageoftheproductioncycle,namelythecorrectbottlingofthewine.Itisimportanttoremoveallcriticalpointsthatinfluencethequalityofthewineduringthebottlingstage:airandwatersterility,thehygieneoftheroom,personnelandappliancesinthebottlinglinechain,productprotectionwithoxygenenrichment.Failuretodosoleadstoadecreaseinthequalityofthewineandadecreaseinlongevityinthebottle.”

摩尔多瓦葡萄与葡萄酒局酿酒协调专家ElizavetaBreahna说:“影响葡萄酒在瓶中寿命的一个重要因素是生产周期的最后阶段，即规范装瓶。在装瓶过程中，重要的是要确保所有影响葡萄酒质量的关键因素:空气和水的无菌性，室内卫生，装瓶生产线上的人员和设备，防氧化。如果控制不好，就会导致葡萄酒质量下降，缩短瓶中的寿命。
